More than 9,000 undergraduate students at ECU demonstrate financial need — the highest in the University of North Carolina system. We believe every student in need of a scholarship, whether need- or merit-based, should be given the opportunity to better their future at ECU. The current minimum level to create a scholarship is $5,000. Our minimum endowment level to create a scholarship in perpetuity is $50,000.
